Survey Concerning St. Paul Al-Anon/Alateen Intergroup

Dear St. Paul Area Al-Anon and Alateen members,

During the years I have been involved in service work with St. Paul Intergroup it seems we struggle with very few groups being represented and too few volunteers. As the Chair of Intergroup, I truly would love to hear from members and groups to see if there is a better way Intergroup can connect with groups. I believe the more connected we are, the more lives we can touch!!

To this end, I would greatly appreciate it if you would complete the following survey and email it to the Intergroup office (stpaulalanon@pobox.com). If you prefer, mail it to the office (address below). If you would like to remain anonymous use an envelope with no return address.

Use of the Intergroup Office: Does your Al-Anon group use the Intergroup office?; Do your group purchase literature at the Intergroup office?; Do you purchase literature for yourself at the Intergroup office?; Do you have new members who reached you by contacting the office?; Are the hours the Intergroup Office is open satisfactory? How could they be improved?; If you do not use the Intergroup office, why not?
2. Intergroup Representatives: Does your group currently have an Intergroup Representative who attends the monthly meetings and brings information back to your group?; Has your group ever had an Intergroup Representative?; If your group does not currently have an Intergroup Representative, why not?
3. Volunteering at the Intergroup Office: Do members of your group volunteer at the Intergroup office?; If no one volunteers there, list any reasons you know of why they may not?
4. Improving Intergroup: How would you like Intergroup to work with your group or with you as an individual?; What ideas do you have as how to improve Intergroup, increase awareness of it, and better serve groups in the East Metro Area?
