- Volunteers are needed, etc. Request for pre-payment on last minute
items.
- Newsletter
- Find someone willing to be editor; the 2010 editor?
- Re-establish regular communication with groups
- Have a group liason and volunteers to contact groups
- Contact every group to update and verify information and encourage
representation in Intergroup.
- Have a “phone party” where volunteers would bring the cell
phones and call a certain number of group contacts. This could be
followed or accompanied by a pizza party.
- Service outreach opportunity
- The Minnesota Chapter of the American Association of Social Workers
will hold their state convention June 2 & 3 on the St. Paul Campus of
the University of Minnesota. There is an opportunity to have a table
where we could provide information to attendees about Al-Anon and
Alateen.

- There are many Intergroup service positions that will need to be filled. Among
them are the following:
- Inside literature
- Outside literature-selling
- Volunteer Chair
- Speaker Chair
- Directory/Group Records
- Alateen Chair
- Office Manager
- Public Outreach
- Intergroup Archivest
- Liaison to Minnesota South Area
- Liaison to Minneapolis Information Service
