Volunteers are needed, etc. Request for pre-payment on last minute items.

Find someone willing to be editor; the 2010 editor?
Re-establish regular communication with groups
Have a group liason and volunteers to contact groups
Contact every group to update and verify information and encourage representation in Intergroup.
Have a “phone party” where volunteers would bring the cell phones and call a certain number of group contacts. This could be followed or accompanied by a pizza party.
Service outreach opportunity
The Minnesota Chapter of the American Association of Social Workers will hold their state convention June 2 & 3 on the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota. There is an opportunity to have a table where we could provide information to attendees about Al-Anon and Alateen.
