The minutes were then accepted.
Treasurer’s Report: The report was unavailable as we are in the process of finding a new Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer. A flyer to this effect went out to all groups and individuals on our mailing list on July 12. There are two volunteers who have offered to fill in until members willing to fill out the term.
Reports from Groups: Uptown House had an incident where a person from one meeting came into another meeting and attempted to steal the donations. The person may be asked to permanently leave all of Uptown House.
Fellowship Weekend: The food budget will be presented at the next meeting. We have a chair of the committee for the food for lunch and dinner. Items needed are donations to purchase some of the food, coffee pots, coolers and pot luck dishes. Receipts will be needed to get reimbursement for things purchased. Additional persons will be needed to help sell literature in the room. Tickets are available in the Intergroup Office for Fellowship Weekend. For information on needs for fellowship weekend or to volunteer to help sell literature, call the Intergroup Office at 651-771-2208.
